I had a lovely time this weekend showing 31 paintings at Wisteria Antiques for the annual Art in the Garden event. I met lots of new friends, had nice chats with some faithful past collectors and sold three paintings to a new collector and friend who does cancer research and lived in Canada several years. She fell in love with my work, especially the Canadian Rockies pieces, and bought three. I'm so very thankful that the Lord stopped the rain just in time on Sunday, and brought lots of enthusiastic guests to the show. Thank you Carol and staff at Wisteria for hosting me again this year!

Argosy Gallery show
This is my wall at the Argosy Gallery. They are currently showing 14 pieces, most of which I did during the 8 days before the one woman show that they hosted on Friday night. It was a delightful trip to one of our favorite parts of the country. I sold one the first night to a couple we met at dinner at the Bar Harbor Inn. About 50 guests came, most of whom I met while out painting on various locations in Acadia National Park and near Bar Harbor. Amy at Argosy Gallery wanted to keep everything I painted, so there are now 15 new pieces available for sale though her gallery.
