Cathedral Peaks
There were twelve artists from our SCOP group painting in Yosemite for four days in late October. Lee went along to hike and enjoy the beauty, too. I painted nine new ones, and added most of them to the website. It was glorious weather: cool in the AMs and PMs, but warm in the days...perfect painting weather! We painted in small groups all around the valley. Many took advantage of the map I made them, so they all found lots of beautiful sites to paint. The leaves were in all their glory, even though there was no water in the falls. Hope to go back in February when it snows. The Yosemite Lodge worked out well. The rooms have been redone, so it was very comfortable and affordable.
