I was thrilled to win First Place in the quick draw and also Second Place in the overall show this year at the North Tahoe Plein air event. It was quite chilly, in the low 40's each day, plus lots of wind, some snow flurries and even hail!. Not an easy painting week, but the mountains still had snow to reflect in the lake, and there were wildflowers everywhere, plus beautiful fluffy clouds each day.  I will post pictures soon.
